  • FUNCTIONS OF DEPARTMENT OF JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MANAGEMENT ARE: COMPREHENSIVE PROMOTION OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCEDURES FOR JUDGES APPOINTED PERIOD OF 3 YEARS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR HCOJ MEMBER AND EVALUATION OF HIS SEPARATE TASKS TO FIND THE NEEDED INFORMATION FOR JUDICIAL PERFORMING BY SPECIFIC CRITERIA; REGISTER AND JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PERIOD PROTECTION CONTROL OF JUDGES APPOINTED FOR 3 YEARS PERIOD; INFORMING JUDGE ABOUT EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES, WHICH WILL BE FORESEEN WHEN EVALUATING BY SEPARATE CRITERIA AND WHEN MAKING DECISION ABOUT JUDGE LIFE APPOINTMENT IN THE BEGINNING OF 3 YEARS PERIOD OF BEING IN POSITION; KEEPING THE EVALUATION REPORT IF JUDGE AND ACQUAINT WITH THE JUDGE TO BE EVALUATED IN CASE OF REQUEST AS SOON AS COMPLETION EACH PERIOD OF EVALUATION; DRAFTING THE LEGAL ACT PROJECTS OF HCOJ AND THE CHAIRPERSON F HCOJ WITH REGARD TO JUDGE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION; REFER THE ENCLOSED MATERIALS AND APPEAL ON HCOJ DECISION ABOUT REFUSAL OF JUDGE LIFETIME APPOINTMENT TO THE SUPREME COURT QUALIFICATION CHAMBER.
