Court manager

Georgian common courts have Court Offices to ensure unimpeded administration of justice, study and generalization of court practice, and analysis of court statistics as well as to provide other support to court operations.

A court manager is responsible for organizational management of the Office of a court, according to rules established by the Georgian legislation and, where necessary, within the scope of competences determined by the President of the court.

The authority to appoint and dismiss a court manager according to the Georgian legislation is vested with a president of a court.
